FLU SHOTS AVAILABLE FOR ALL GRADE LEVELS

West Noble, in cooperation with the Noble County Health Dept., will be making flu shots available for ALL GRADE LEVELS. Shots will be given in October during the school day; the exact date is yet to be determined. Grades K-8 students have all been given info. packets, so parents please look for these. Students in grades 9-12 WILL HAVE TO REQUEST A PACKET FROM THE NURSE if interested. The packets contain the parental consent form; these are due back to the school by 9/29/17. Please contact your school nurse or health aide with any questions.

2017-18 REGISTRATION

If you have not already registered your student, please do so today.

The school relies on each student being registered to create balanced class rosters, accurate bus routes and up to date medical information for your student.

Out of District Students - If one or both custodial parents live outside of the West Noble District, a
request to attend West Noble form must be submitted to the main office of the school the student
will attend by August 12th.

New Students (or West Noble students who have attended another school since enrollment at West Noble) should contact the building their child will attend after July 24.

Please bring the following: birth certificate, copy of transcript or grade card from prior school, immunization records, and proof of residence

The West Noble PTO is a parent run organization designed to support West Noble teachers in their efforts to educate our children. INDIANA PARENT INFORMATION AND RESOURCE CENTER (PIRC)

West Noble Primary School wants parents to know about a resource for parents provided by the Indiana Department of Education. It is Indiana's Parent Information and Resource Center (PIRC). We know schools improve when they partner with parents.  You can access it easily at www.fscp.org.  This site gives parents helpful hints on helping your child.

NEW STUDENT INFORMATION

New students need to bring a birth certificate, a former grade card, any special education or gifted information, current address and phone number, parents place of employment and work number, custody papers if applicable, 2 emergency contact phone numbers along with names, and immunization records.
